Shipping times are subject to stock availability and exclude clearance/customs delays and processing times. The above timeframes are to be used as a guide only. Due to the impact of newly implemented US tariffs, customers may experience delays over the following weeks.
Gel Pad Orders
Please note that Gel Pad orders will be shipped using Canada Post Oversized Ground Letter Mail service. This service does not include tracking privileges. If you require tracking for your order, please select the Express Shipping Method at checkout. Express Shipping includes tracking and will ensure faster delivery of your Gel Pad order. Please choose this option if you need your Gel Pads urgently or would like to track its progress.
Products that are not in stock at the time of the conclusion of the order are clearly marked as a pre-order with an expected shipping date and will be sent with subsequent shipping times.
Note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped during regular business hours. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, products will be shipped separately. Products in stock will be shipped immediately, and pre-ordered products will be shipped according to the given shipping date as soon as they arrive in our warehouse
Shipping Charges and Delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays do occur on occasion. Monthli is not liable or responsible for delays that are beyond its control (customs clearance delays, severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions). We are not liable for any customs and taxes imposed on your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are on your account (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
By purchasing, you agree that Monthli is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit. For items not received, you can file a claim within (45) days from the order date. We reserve the right and discretion to reject claims after that time frame. For timely filed claims, we will:
- Open an investigation with our shipper (takes 7-10 days to complete);
- In case of confirmed non-delivery, the carrier typically will find and deliver your package; and
- In case of confirmed non-delivery and your package is not found, we will replace your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. Any costs incurred as a result of incorrect address entry, including reshipping to the correct address, will be borne by the customer.
Please keep in mind that we cannot be held liable for any delivery delays, undelivered or lost packages caused by the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete address. Undeliverable or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not refundable.
If you discover an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to make any necessary changes before the package ships, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so after the package has shipped.
Navidium Shipping Protection Insurance
Navidium Shipping Protection Insurance is an optional shipping insurance service we provide to our customers. You have the choice to purchase this shipping insurance during checkout.
How to File a Claim
Lost or Stolen Package:
- File a police report with your local authorities. This report should detail the date, time, and circumstances of the incident.
- Email us a copy of the police report to initiate your Navidium Shipping Protection claim.
Damaged Package:
- Take clear pictures of the damage:
- Exterior of the package with the shipping label clearly visible.
- Interior of the package showing the damaged item(s).
- Email us the photos along with a brief description of the damage.
Once you've submitted all the required documents, we'll be able to process your Navidium Shipping Protection claim.
